Susannah Baxley

Susannah is a Clinical Intern who is earning her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Couples and Family Therapy at William James College.  She received her undergraduate bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond.  She is trained in the models, products and services under the COPER™ and TheraFarm™ brands and receives supervision from our founder, Sheri Damon. 

Susannah has experience working at a partial hospitalization program helping teens and adults through individual and group therapy.  She currently works with couples, families, and individuals of all ages.  

Susannah believes therapy is a collaborative process and therapeutic goals are set and met together with the client.  She believes the client is always the expert in their own lives and that the therapeutic relationship is key to healing and growing in a safe space. Susannah uses an integrative person-centered approach incorporating Attachment Theory, Family Systems, and Emotion Focused Therapy.
