Stephani (she/her) specializes in eating disorders and has received extensive training and supervision in Flihh’s COPER Model. She earned her Bachelors of Social Work at Olivet Nazarene University in Chicago and her Masters of Social Work at Simmons University in Boston. She has worked expertly with all ages of kids, helping them navigate mental health challenges while finding success in life and school. Stephani enjoys working with adolescents, young adults, and adults working through anxiety, depression and significant life transitions/events.
Stephani sees clients reach their goals by incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, in addition to maintaining a Person-Centered perspective. She aims to help empower clients reach their goals and improve their overall quality of life. Stephani runs the parent support group.
