Sheri Damon

FLIHH founder Sheri Damon (she, her) is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in MA, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in CA, National Board-Certified Counselor with over three decades of experience working with all ages and genders and has consulted or trained in a number of professional arenas.

Damon is an expert in treating all eating disorders, athletes, women experiencing distress across the lifespan, trauma, as well as relationship issues and care taking stressors, eco-stress anxiety and depression.

Damon has been trained in innumerable mind-body-spirit-environment, science backed approaches to treatment including EFT/tapping, sound healing, CBT, DBT, animal-assisted therapy and more. Damon brings a unique perspective for working with people across the lifespan. All these experiences have inspired creative interventions, a cognitive-behavioral, “mind and body”, animal/nature-assisted approach to therapy, and attention to the numerous intervening life factors in healing as well as maintaining health. Damon actively supervises her entire team at FLIHH to encourage mind-body-spirit-environment approaches.

Damon’s critically acclaimed Eating Disorder, TheraFarm, COPER and wellness presentations are heavily sought after for parent events, school and professional organizational training, retreats and conferences.

Damon’s authored COPER™ and TheraFarm™ Manuals, Models and training products are used throughout programming at FLIHH with corresponding meditation books and workbooks.

Damon’s expertise lies in the treatment of:
