Paulina (she/her) is a licensed mental health counselor and horseback riding instructor in Massachusetts. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Paulina also attended William James College, where she completed her Master’s of Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a concentration in military and veteran psychology. In addition to outpatient therapy clinics, Paulina has worked at care farms and therapeutic horseback riding centers where she was able to help people improve their physical and mental wellbeing through connection with animals.
Paulina has experience with people of all ages, from younger children to older adults. She believes that therapy and healing looks different for everyone, and enjoys helping clients explore what tools and techniques work best. Paulina works closely with the FLIHH team and has received in depth eating disorder support training. Outside of individual and group counseling, Paulina participates in events and activities that promote and improve mental health.
