LJ (she/her) is a certified massage therapist in California, and she is honored to work with you as you participate in your own healing journey. 

LJ has always felt a natural gift for giving massages, but this intuitive understanding eventually turned into a true passion and desire for learning. 

She received her training and certification through the Life Energy Institute and the School for Integrative Psycho-Structural Bodywork in Los Angeles. 

As a facilitator in this space, LJ has a goal to provide the support and guidance necessary for you to unlock your own healing abilities. Together we will take conscious participation in our individual and collective evolution. Whether you are looking simply for relaxation, for reconnection to your body, or to work through a deeper issue that has manifested itself physically, your session will always be holistically tailored to you. 

Outside of bodywork, LJ is a musician and garden educator. She also enjoys cooking, reading, and camping.
