SUMMARY:Usui Reiki Ryoho Levels I & II Training - Day 1
DESCRIPTION:Learn how to heal yourself and others through Sydney’s transformative Reiki Classes. \nReiki is a Japanese energy healing technique often described as healing touch. It can be used in many ways to heal yourself\, your loved ones\, your pets\, and many other things. An attunement itself can be a profound healing experience.   \nJoin our thorough and comprehensive training with Sydney\, an experienced Reiki Master. This training includes both Reiki I & II and is a combination of the Western style as introduced by Mrs. Takata\, the traditional Japanese style\, as well as modern approaches to Reiki. On completion of the class\, you will be able to give Reiki treatments to yourself and others. Levels one and two are taught on two separate days with a week in between. The purpose of the week in between the two levels is to give students time to practice what they learn in level I\, adjust to the new energy they have been attuned to\, record about their experience\, and prepare for level II. Each day will be 6 hours and class size is limited to 6 people. \nThis class may be attended in person at FLIHH Holistic Wellness Studio or online from anywhere! \nThe class is a combination of lecture\, discussion\, demonstration and hands-on practice. Each student will experience giving and receiving a complete Reiki session using Byosen scanning and the hand placement system. Practice time is given using all the Reiki II symbols as well as for the techniques mentioned below. \nA 192 page class manual\, a professional quality certificate\, learning materials\, and snacks will all be provided at the training. Those joining virtually will be mailed a manual and certificate in addition to virtual learning materials and a virtual certificate. \nIf you have already received a Reiki attunement previously\, you will notice a difference after receiving additional attunements from a different practitioner. Everyone gives reiki differently\, so it’s never a bad idea to be attuned more than once! Some even say it heightens or intensifies the Reiki energies they are already connected to. If you are already certified in Levels I or II and would simply like another attunement without taking the full class\, please email sydney@flihh.com.  \nSee below the outline of subjects for this course: \n\nThe origin and history of Reiki\nThe nature of Reiki energy: what it is and how it works\nThe Reiki Ideals & Code of Ethics\nThe Human Energy System\nThe complete hand placement system\nGassho meditation\nByosen Scanning: Using the sensitivity in the hands to locate areas needing healing\, (usually in the aura) and to treat them\nReiji-Ho: Using inner guidance to know how and where to treat\nKenyoku: Dry bathing\, a method to purify your energy field\nGyoshi-ho: Sending Reiki with the eyes \nPerforming a complete Reiki session: how to open and close; having a smooth flow from start to finish\nSending Reiki at a distance\nReiki II symbols: How to draw\, activate and use them. Explanation of their many uses and their inner meaning. Practice time for students to experience how the energy of each symbol feels and the results each symbol produces\nFirst and Second Degree Reiki Attunements\nHealing Meditation Experiences \nTools for Reiki sessions: sound\, aromatherapy\, pendulum\, smudging\, crystals\, etc \nClient communication \nHow to perform Reiki on yourself and Reiki Practitioner self-care \nThe business of being a healer: Safe business practice\, materials needed to be a reiki practitioner\, practicing within the law\, intake and client documentation\, etc. \nGroup Healing \n\n  \nThe price of this class is $395 for both levels I and II.
