SUMMARY:Therapeutic Restorative Yoga with Sydney
DESCRIPTION:A slow-paced\, relaxing practice where fewer poses are held for several minutes each with the use of supports (bolsters\, pillows\, blankets\, etc.). The purpose of Restorative Yoga is to let the body relax and release in passive poses. There is no straining and very little physical effort involved in this practice. Restorative yoga emphasizes the importance of letting go and breathing deeply\, making it a great way to calm and soothe the nervous system.
