Summer Solstice Mini Virtual Retreat

Join us over zoom for a “Mini” Wellness Retreat from the comfort of your own home and enter this summer mindfully. This retreat is a mini escape for those who need a break from stress, responsibilities, the daily grind, endless scrolling, or simply from life in general, but who may not have the time or resources to devote to a lengthy retreat away from home. Think of this as a convenient, non-time-consuming getaway where the focus is on you and your holistic well-being. We’re here to show you that it doesn’t take long to focus on your wellness, and we’re making it convenient, simple, and of course fun! Take this time to work on yourself, meditate, breath, release, and heal with certified/licensed wellness professionals of various scopes. In just 3 hours, you will experience the healing powers of yoga, meditation, reiki, breathwork, and sound healing. Set this time aside for yourself and work with us to replace feelings of stress, anxiety, isolation, fatigue, burn-out, and stagnation with feelings of rejuvenation, clarity, balance, tranquility, joy, vibrancy, and healing. Offerings Included in the Retreat:
- Guided Meditations for deep relaxation and stress-relief with a focus on a connection with nature, and the warmth & light that summer brings
- Sound Bath with crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes and ocean drums
- Group Reiki Healing that is customized to participants’ needs with crystals and a brief guided meditative experience
- Reiki Breathwork Exercise to soothe and release anxiety, fear, tension, and pain
- Therapeutic Yin Yoga to restore your mind-body connection and move your body in a positive way
