SUMMARY:September Full Moon Meditation
DESCRIPTION:  \nWe will be harnessing the energy of the Harvest Moon with a Monthly Full Moon Meditation & Sound Bath on September 17th at 7pm PST at Flihh Holistic Wellness Studio (616 S Del Mar Ave\, ste K\, San Gabriel\, CA 91776) and virtually via zoom.  \nThe name of this moon originates from a time when farmers relied on the moon’s light to harvest their crops during the night. Because of this relationship between the full moon and agriculture\, it is believed that this full moon is the ideal opportunity to manifest abundance and to appreciate the abundance we already have.  \nDuring the meditation and sound bath\, we will be focusing mainly on our heart and root chakras. By activating these energy centers and bringing them into alignment with our other energy centers\, we will be manifesting abundance and fostering a sense of deep gratitude for all that we have. The meditation will include affirmations to solidify these ideals within us.  \nAny questions reach out to sydney@flihh.com \n  \nCost: $10 minimum donation.
