SUMMARY:Reiki-Infused Restorative Yoga with Sound Bath in Savasana with Sydney
DESCRIPTION:In this specialized Restorative Yoga Practice\, find deeper relaxation and healing as we combine Reiki with supported passive-poses. Prior to the practice\, Sydney\, a certified Reiki Practitioner and Sound Healer\, will use Reiki symbols to infuse the space with this healing energy so that all who enter will immediately feel at peace. Throughout the practice\, Sydney will be using symbols and hand placement techniques to give Reiki to the group and to each individual where they need it most. After a slow-paced\, 60 minute yoga practice\, Sydney will conduct a 30-minute sound bath while students enjoy savasana\, aka corpse pose.
