Join us as we embrace the energy of the Hunter’s Moon with a Monthly Full Moon Meditation & Sound Bath on October 17th at 7pm PST at Flihh Holistic Wellness Studio (616 S Del Mar Ave, ste K, San Gabriel, CA 91776) and virtually via zoom. 

The name of the Hunter’s Moon originates from Native American culture, back when they needed to hunt for meat in order to bolster their food supply for winter. This moon traditionally signifies a period of preparation and, though many of us may not live our lives in accordance with the moon’s cycles, we still feel the energetic shift in this time before winter. It is the ideal time to take stock of what we’ve been cultivating this year, what’s been serving us and what hasn’t. The Hunter’s Moon is the time to appreciate the work we’ve done so far and prepare ourselves for whatever shifts may take place for us as we move toward winter.

During the meditation and sound bath, you will be gently guided on a journey inward, where you will find deep self-gratitude as well as internal pathways leading you toward your goals. This will be a beautiful opportunity to identify what you’d like to continue, what you’d like to release, and what you’d like to work toward. The meditation will include affirmations to empower and encourage you on your individual journey.

This event, as well as all monthly full moon meditations will be donation based, with a minimum of $10 so pay what you’re able and willing to contribute. Proceeds go to our nonprofit- the Butterflihh Farm Fund where our Therafarm animals help countless people battling mental illness.
