Meditative Yin Yoga with Sydney

A slow-paced practice where fewer poses are held for a few minutes each. The 3 tenants of Yin Yoga are to find the appropriate depth in a posture (your “comfortable edge”) to find stillness in the posture, and to rest in the posture for some time. The biggest challenge in Yin is to find balance between strain and ease. Yin Yoga is a great way to condition your mind-body-spirit-environment connection as you work to quiet the mind while the body is still.
Held in person Saturdays at Flihh Holistic Wellness Studio in San Gabriel, CA, 12-1PM (PST) or virtual
