

Fueling for Athletes Workshop
Are you an athlete starting up your fall sport? Are you a parent of an athlete that wants to be sure your child is fueling for their activities? This is the course for you. Wednesday 9/18 4-5pm EST with Nicole Bodin MS, RDN who will share important lessons about the function of foods and how they work within the body. We review why it is important to pre fuel and post fuel and how to choose foods that will best support your performance as well as muscle recovery. Together we debunk societal misconceptions around food and learn to make choices that help you get stronger on and off the field.
