SUMMARY:December Full Moon Meditation and Sound Bath
DESCRIPTION:Join us as we embrace the energy of the Cold Moon with a Monthly Full Moon Meditation & Sound Bath on December 15th at 7pm PST at Flihh Holistic Wellness Studio (616 S Del Mar Ave\, ste K\, San Gabriel\, CA 91776) and virtually via zoom.  \n  \nThe Cold Moon -also referred to as the Long Moon- marks not only the end of the lunar cycle\, but the end of the entire year. As this full moon aligns with the winter solstice\, it is aptly named after the winter season. This moon creates a powerful moment for reflection\, planning\, and manifestation.  \n  \nThe cold moon is a reminder to sit with stillness and draw the focus inward\, making it the perfect opportunity for deep\, introspective meditation. When this full moon illuminates the night sky\, it may prompt notable shifts in how you express yourself\, the company you keep\, and your overall perspective. As we approach a new year that holds endless possibilities\, we may fear the unknown nature of our future. That’s why this is an ideal time to reflect on all the obstacles we’ve overcome this far\, all the happy memories we’ve created\, and connect with our inner guidance as a reminder that we are capable of carrying ourselves through anything life may throw at us. \n  \nDuring the meditation and sound bath\, you will be gently guided on a journey inward. As we focus on reflection and introspection\, we will cultivate a deep sense of gratitude as well as acceptance and preparedness for change.  This will be a beautiful opportunity to connect with your inner knowing and step into your highest self as the new year approaches. The guided meditation will include affirmations to empower and encourage you on your individual journey and will be followed by a relaxing sound bath. \n  \nThis event\, as well as all monthly full moon meditations will be donation based\, with a minimum of $10 so pay what you’re able and willing to contribute. Proceeds go to our nonprofit- the Butterflihh Farm Fund where our Therafarm animals work hard to change the lives of individuals in animal-assisted therapies.
