Crown to Root Chakra Balancing Yin Yoga with Sound Healing. In this specialized Yin Yoga Practice, we will combine postures and sound healing to unblock, balance, and align our energy centers. There are many yoga poses that align with specific chakras, just as there are certain sound frequencies that target certain chakras. With each pose, Sydney, a certified Sound Healer, will play sound-healing instruments that correlate to the same chakra. Starting with the crown chakra, working our way down to the root chakra, each pose will be held for a few minutes, accompanied by live healing sound. This will be a full-body rejuvenation and chakra alignment. Challenge your mind, body, and spirit to find calm and stillness in this deeply meditative practice.
