Cooking For Inflammation Workshop
As a follow-up to our recent Managing Menopause with Nutrition workshop, we are excited to present a hands-on virtual cooking workshop focused on meals designed to support those experiencing menopause and reduce general inflammation. This interactive session will be led by our talented licensed dietitian, Nicole Bodin, RDN, who brings years of expertise in nutrition and holistic wellness. Together, we’ll be preparing delicious roasted veggie grain bowls topped with a creamy maple tahini dressing, a nourishing dish rich in anti-inflammatory ingredients. Upon registration, participants will receive a zoom link along with the complete list of ingredients to ensure a fully immersive and flavorful cooking experience. Proceeds from this event will go our nonprofit- the Butterflihh Farm Fund where our Therafarm animals work hard to change the lives of individuals in animal-assisted therapies.
