SUMMARY:Pride Yoga & Self Love Soundbath
DESCRIPTION:Attention all LGBTQIAP folks! In celebration of Pride\, Syd (they/them) is throwing a special Yoga Event centered around Queer-affirmation\, self-love\, and most of all- PRIDE in our identities.  \nBecause life hasn’t always been easy for us and people aren’t always accepting\, now is the time not only to accept- but CELEBRATE ourselves! Many of us are still carrying around the wounds of hatred\, ignorance\, and rejection. So take some time during this Pride Month to do something nice for yourself and HEAL in a safe\, fun environment surrounded by fellow LGBTQ+ friends (and allies).  \nTune into your body and enjoy a feel-good\, gentle Hatha flow set to our favorite queer anthems (think Gaga\, Charli\, Britney\, Xtina\, etc) followed by a special Self-Love Sound Bath. Stay for a while after the practice to enjoy our make-your-own tea bar\, and some light snacks. Leave feeling lighter\, happier\, and full of confidence! \nThis event is put together and led by a queer person whose mission is to uplift other queer folks and help them find love and appreciation for all the beautiful things they are. \nWho’s teaching: Syd \nWhere: In-person at FLIHH Holistic Wellness Studio in San Gabriel\, CA or virtual. \nWhen: June 8th; 4-6PM PST \nWhat to wear: Need we say it? Rainbow! Your flag colors! An actual flag if you want! Glitter! Whatever you would wear to a pride parade\, but make it comfortable to move in! We will be moving! \nWho’s it for: While this event is geared toward Queer-affirmation\, allies are more than welcome as well! \nWhat does it cost: To make this practice accessible\, it has a minimum donation of just $10. Proceeds go to the Butterflihh Farm Fund and its hard-working Therafarm animals who change lives in our animal-assisted therapies.
