Beth is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University holding a bachelor’s degree in Early Adolescent and Childhood Education with minors in Special Education and Deafness and Hearing Studies as well as a Master of Education as a Reading Specialist. While in the classroom, Beth realized her passion for her student’s mental health and returned to Rutgers University where she earned her Master of Social work.
Beth has over five years’ experience working in various settings including classrooms, in home, therapeutic foster care, outpatient and inpatient psychiatric care. Beth uses a variety of techniques including strength-based approach, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. Beth employs a judgement free zone, empathy, and focuses on client’s strengths to help her clients achieve their desired objectives. In her spare time, Beth enjoys spending time with her friends and family, going on walks with her dog and riding her bike to the beach.
