Ashlei (she/her/they) earned her Associates degree in Psychology at Dean College, and her Bachelors degree in Human Services and Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University. She is from Massachusetts and has worked in several clinical roles as a school clinician, inpatient group/activity therapist, PHP, and group clinical facilitator at an addiction center. She also has several years of experience in the human services field in the non-profit sector.
Ashlei has experience working with various demographics including adolescents, adults, seniors, and persons with a disability in both low and high levels of care. As a therapist, she strives to continue to provide innovative person-centered care for clients to feel safe in clinical spaces and to cope, improve, achieve, or manage experiences that have impacted their lives. Ashlei has experience in CBT, person-centered approach, DBT, play therapy, positive therapy, multicultural therapy, music therapy, and trauma informed care approach.
