Allie earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Art Therapy and Holistic Psychology at Lesley University. She also did extensive studio arts work at The University of Tampa. Allie brings a myriad of experience in many settings, such as inpatient psychiatric hospitals, in home family therapy, 1:1 therapeutic mentoring and group therapy in clinical settings. Allie has worked with individuals struggling with substance abuse and addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma and family therapy with a special emphasis on adolescents. Allie believes strongly in the healing powers of art and music and takes a holistic, as well as strengths based approach with clients. Allie believes in utilizing the COPER model to help her clients develop healthy habits as well as new skills involving Connection, Optimism, Play, Empowerment and Resiliency. Allie has also worked with the farm animals at FLIHH for the past 3 years; demonstrating compassionate care with animals.

Allie loves all things art, music, nature, yoga, and is excited to get creative with you on your healing journey.
